Meditation Course
This five-week meditation course is designed to help you deepen your personal practice and develop a greater sense of awareness and balance. Sessions are held twice per week, with each class lasting approximately one hour.
English sessions: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Spanish sessions: Wednesdays & Fridays
During this course, we will explore topics such as meditation for beginners, stress and anxiety relief, chakra alignment, self-healing, and emotional healing. You will learn a variety of meditation techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life to support your overall well-being.
Please note that this course is intended for personal growth and learning and does not provide certification to teach meditation. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the program.
If you are interested in becoming a certified meditation instructor, certification must be obtained through an accredited training organization.

Beginners Introduction:
Meditation reduces stress, boosts focus, and balances emotions, helping you relax, increase awareness, and calm the mind.
Stress And Anxiety Relief:
Breathing anchors the mind in meditation. Techniques include Nostril, Diaphragmatic, Box, Ujjayi, and Lion's Breath.
Breathing Techniques:
We will connect to the 7 chakra. Each chakra corresponds to a different part of the body. As we continue we will visualize and balance each chakra using breath, color and sound.
Chakra Aligntments:
Meditation is a powerful pathway not just to calm the mind, it's also for emotional self-healing. We will explore how to use these practices to nurture and restore yourself.

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing your attention and calming your mind. You can do it to reduce stress or increase relaxation.

Start with 5 minutes a day. As you get more comfortable you can gradually extend your sessions.

No special equipment is required. Just find a comfortable seat, wear loose clothing and maybe use a cushion if you like but it's not necessary.

Meditation is generally safe for most people but sometimes you might experience restlessness, frustration or heightened emotions as you start. If you feel overwhelmed, take a break.

After meditating you may feel calmer, more focused or even more in tune with yourself. Some people feel a sense of clarity while others might notice a lightness or emotional balance. It varies but give yourself time to notice the effects.
